Noticed the same thing about Schwartz, they got to drop him down the lineup and take him off the powerplay. He looked slow and like he had stone hands last night, hopefully he figures it out soon.

Allen played two great games before. Of course he could've done better but the poor play in front of him is really no excuse. And even though a lot of people here seem to like Binnington, he reminds me a lot of Hammond. Time will tell I guess...

My personal opinion, neither is the mid to long term answer.

Binner can be fine if he plays big and takes the 1st shot completely out and the team takes away the 2nd chance. Tonight is concerning to me because he isn't playing his game. He's playing way too deep, dare I say tentative. If he does that at this level, he will struggle.
